Fantastic time at the SWPP Societies Convension. Its great to mix with some of the best photographers in the world. I met David Williams one of the worlds most famous photographers and did a whole day with Jerry Ghionis, photographer of the year in London. What an experience!
Since getting back to the Isles of Scilly I have been busy setting up my new office with a New Apple Imac and Mac book Pro. Now everything is working together with my PCs life is a little less stressfull. Tomorrow I have a meeting with the new owner of St Marys Hall Hotel, here on St Marys and we are going to talk about a large commission for images. I'm also hoping to gain a commission with the Tourist information Centre for a new supple of images for them. Last week I shot for Event Scilly and Event Cornwall....some PR shots on Town Beach.
Next week I'm back into my wedding photography with Victoria and Nick. Two shoots, one on St Marys and one on Tresco in the Flying Club and St Nicholas Church.
The Spring and Summer bookings are coming in and I'm really looking forward to getting out and making new images. My ambition this year is to capture these beautiful English islands at their best. And to make some beautiful portraits of people I meet.

Really good week last week. Did a shoot for Event Cornwall and Event Scilly and a shoot for Nicky Moore, Visual Communications Manager for the Co-operative Group.
Then I was lucky enough to meet Nick and Victoria for their select but touching civil wedding on St Marys on the Isles of Scilly at the Old Wesleyan Chaple, and two days later they had a beautiful blessing in St Nicholas' church on Tresco with Father Guy.
Both services were stunning and when the sun was required it came out for all the outdoor shots on the beach on St Marys and in the fabulous Tresco Gardens. Victoria and Nick stayed at the Flying Boat Club on Tresco and had their wedding breakfast there too with panoramic views of Tresco Chanel and Bryher. The occasion was very stylish and wonderfully presented by the very professional staff. The food was second to none. I loved witnessing a very handsome couple and loving family enjoying each other’s company and I wish Nick and Victoria a long and happy marriage.
